2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why

We only collect data that is strictly necessary to provide our wall printing, visualization, and customer support services:

• Contact & Quote Requests (Forms, Email, Phone, WhatsApp): When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project location, and any details you provide. Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Wall Visualizer & Project Files: When you send us photos of your walls or graphic files for printing/visualization, we process these files solely to prepare your visualization, verify print resolution, and execute your order. Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Website Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Only if you grant explicit consent via our cookie banner, we collect anonymized usage data (such as pages visited, time spent on the site, approximate geographic region, and device type) to improve our website. Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Search Performance & Security (Google Search Console): We use Google Search Console to monitor how our website appears in Google search results and to detect technical indexing errors. Google Search Console does not track individual users on our website, store personal data, or place cookies on your device. Legal basis: Legitimate interest in maintaining website security and visibility (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Inquiries & Quotes: Stored for the duration of our communication and up to 12 months thereafter if no service is contracted.
• Photos & Graphic Files: Deleted upon request or within 6 months of project completion, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., portfolio permission or warranty support).
• Contract & Billing Data: Retained for the statutory period required by Spanish tax and commercial regulations (typically 4 to 6 years).
• Analytics Data (GA4): Retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics.

4. Data Sharing & International Transfers

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be accessed by trusted service providers necessary for operating our business:

• Hosting & IT Infrastructure: Providers hosting our website and email servers within the European Economic Area (EEA).
• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC: Provider of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. Data transferred to the United States is protected under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• WhatsApp Ireland Limited: If you choose to initiate contact with us via WhatsApp.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and receive a copy of it.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”) when it is no longer needed.
• Restrict or Object to the processing of your data.
• Data Portability (receive your data in a structured format).
• Withdraw Consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal).
